The Pasaku Difference: Our Process & Ingredients
The Cold-Process Method
At Pasaku, we do not take shortcuts. We utilize the traditional cold-process method, a slow-curing technique that preserves the beneficial properties of our premium botanical ingredients. Unlike mass-produced soaps that remove naturally occurring glycerin, our method retains it, resulting in a bar that is exceptionally gentle and deeply hydrating. Every batch is poured, cut, and cured for a minimum of six weeks to ensure a hard, long-lasting bar with a rich, lotion-like lather.
The Raw Foundation
We formulate every batch for a specific tactile experience, utilizing a curated selection of plant-based oils and earth-mined clays.
-
Plant-Based Oils: We use a signature blend of Coconut Oil for a cleansing, bubbly lather, and Castor Oil to provide a dense, stable foam and excellent skin-conditioning properties. Combined with nutrient-rich Shea Butter and Olive Oil, our bars provide a balanced cleanse that leaves skin hydrated, never stripped.
-
Mineral Clays & Earth Elements:: We utilize a complex, earth-mined system to achieve our specific textures. This includes Kaolin (for a gentle, silky slip), Illite and Montmorillonite (for deep, detoxifying purification), and Magnesium Aluminum Silicate to stabilize our formulations and ensure a luxurious, creamy feel.
-
Performance Additives: We also incorporate Activated Charcoal to draw out impurities, White Kaolin Clay for a creamy finish, and Volcanic Pumice for exfoliation.

Aromatic Integrity
We scent our collections exclusively with high-grade, therapeutic Essential Oils. By using extracts like Orange, Cedarwood, Bergamot, Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Tea Tree, we ensure that our soap offers a sophisticated, aromatherapy-driven cleanse that is free from synthetic fragrances and phthalates.
